Cadet Command
MAKING THE BEST MILITARY OFFICERS IN THE WORLD
U.S. Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is the largest officer-producing organization with the American military, having over 600,000 men and women have earned a commission through the program. Among them are two chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, seven Army chiefs of staff, two Cabinet secretaries and a sitting Supreme Court associate justice. Few other military commissioning sources can claim such significant lineage.
California National Guard
The California National Guard Cal Guard (California Military Department) is commanded by The Adjutant General of California, the state's senior military official appointed by the governor, and is comprised of the California Military Department, the California Army National Guard (CAARNG), the California Air National Guard (CAANG) and the California State Guard (CASG).

ARCYBER
U.S. Army Cyber Command Operate, Defend, Attack, Influence, Inform
U.S. Army Cyber Command integrates and conducts cyberspace operations, electromagnetic warfare, and information operations, ensuring decision dominance and freedom of action for friendly forces in and through the cyber domain and the information dimension, while denying the same to our adversaries.
Army Futures Command (AFC)
U.S. Army Futures Command currently focuses on three overarching priorities: prioritizing people, designing Army 2040 and delivering Army 2030.
The command is executing six essential functions in pursuit of these priorities – future operational environment, research, concepts, experimentation, requirements and integration – with support from industry, academia and Joint and multinational partners.
DEVCOM
Combat Capabilities Development Command The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, known as DEVCOM, is a team of world-class scientists, engineers, analysts, technicians and support staff who are fully focused on empowering America’s Soldiers today and in the future. We leverage cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, quantum effects, autonomy, robotics, advanced energetics, and synthetic biology to give Soldiers the ability to see, sense, decide and act faster than their adversaries.

ATEC
Army Test and Evaluations Command The U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) performs independent Test and Evaluation, while in direct support of Army Futures Command, to inform Army senior leaders and enable continuous Army transformation.

Space and Missile Defense Command U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command develops and provides current and future global space, missile defense, and high altitude capabilities to the Army, joint force, and our allies and partners, to enable multi-domain combat effects; enhance deterrence, assurance, and detection of strategic attacks; and protect the nation.
ARSOUTH
Army South U.S. Army South, Sixth Army, enables multi-domain operations by identifying, exposing and degrading malign influence, setting the theater, and conducting security cooperation operations and activities in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility as part of integrated deterrence towards threats to the U.S. homeland. On order, provides a Joint Task Force-capable headquarters to respond to emergent requirements and tasked contingency plans.
MEDCOM
U.S. Army Medical Command U.S. Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) provides ready and sustained health services support and force health protection in support of the Total Force to enable readiness and to conserve the fighting strength while caring for our People and their Families.
TRADOC
Training and Doctrine Command U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) recruits, trains, and educates the Army’s Soldiers, develops leaders, supports training in units, develops doctrine, establishes standards, and builds the future Army.
HQDA
Headquarters, Department of the Army Primarily located in the National Capital Region (NCR), the HQDA staff is comprised of over 5,500 Civilian and Military personnel. The HQDA staff comprises the Secretariat and the Army Staff (ARSTAF) and supports the Secretary of the Army (SECARMY) by developing policies and programs; establishing and prioritizing requirements; and providing resources to support the organizing, manning, training, and equipping of forces to meet to meet combatant commanders' current and future operational requirements, and other requirements, as defined by the President, Secretary of Defense, and Secretary of the Army.
The primary purpose of the HQDA Staff is to support the SECARMY and Chief of Staff of the Army (CSA) in exercising their duties and responsibilities; support the Army's warfighting units; and support the Army's Soldiers, Civilians and their families. In providing that support, the view of commanders in the field will be given particular weight and primacy in all issues facing the Army.
